It’s the time of year when many of us begin to take stock of how our year went by measuring our accomplishments and challenges. Some of the areas that we seem to focus on include how well did we take care of ourselves by incorporating more self-care, how much time did we devote to helping others, did we commit to the exercise regime that we were excited about at the top of the year, and yes what about the financial goals that set.

While creating a list of resolutions can be easy sticking to them can be a bit more challenging. This is why it is extremely important to focus on goals that are realistic and achievable within one year. Let’s discuss the three resolutions that will help to boost your financial health in 2019:
